Technical characteristics

◆ Stage1 could be TDS co-rotating twin screw extruder,TDY counter-rotating  twin screw extruder or TDW recipricating single screw extruder.stage2 is lower-speed single screw extruder.To combine both extruders together and completely used for heat-sensitive materials pelletizing,devolatilization operation and direct forming extrusin task.

◆ Increasing the operation variables and realizing process because of two-stage machine to meet excellent efficiency and output inquiry.

Twin screw extruders excel in high effective plastizing,compounding and diepersion,besides these,the partial over-shearing and over-heating could besolved effectively because of more performance  without die back-pressure return.single screw extruders are advanced in high-pressure extrusion with lower speed and lower temperature.
